Synopsis:

 
  4 patients, male and female with Hepatitis B Virus (HBV) were given foot reflexology focusing. The basic reflex areas, the kidney, adrenal gland, ureter, and bladder were treated 10 times each ; and the key reflex areas, the liver, gall, celiac plexus, spleen, lymph gland in the upper and lower body, were treated 40 times each. One had a spider mole on the left neck and the other three had no positive symptoms or signs. Moderate strength was used daily. One course included 10 treatments

Conclusion:

 
  Foot reflexology was found to be effective for relief of Hepatitis B virus, however further investigations are needed including the joint effects of foot reflexology and medication.
