Foot reflex techniques, such as stimulating two different reflexes at the same time for a fibrillating or palpating heart; for high or low blood pressure; for quadriplegics, paraplegics, stroke victims; and bladder and prostate problems used in emergency situations have been effective for relief. It has also helped Parkinson's, epileptics, learning disorders, low muscle tone, speech disorders, spastic children whiplash and leaking urine problems.

Foot reflexology has been found to be effective for the relief of high or low blood pressure, motor neuron problems, bladder/prostate dysfunction, and fibrillating or palpitating heart.
