Synopsis:

 
  4 cases, both male and female, ages 25-51, with urolithiasis, were given 15-45 minutes of foot reflexology daily for 7 sessions. After 1-6 sessions, all 4 cases were symptom-free, with excretion of stones in 3 cases.

Conclusion:

 
 

Foot reflexology was found to be effective for the relief of kidney stones and stones lodged in the ureter.
