Synopsis:

 
  32 cases with menopausal symptoms were given a combination of Nylestriol and foot reflexology over 1 year. The symptoms of hectic fever, sweating, insomnia, windy infection, and sexual activity showed great improvement and there were no side effects.

Conclusion:

 
  Foot reflexology was found to be effective for the relief of menopausal symptoms in conjunction with the use of Nylestriol.
