Synopsis:

 
  3 patients, both male and female, ages 46-73, with rhinitis including symptoms of itcy nose, dry sneezing, runny nose with watery discharge, nose blockage, olfactory malfunction, vertigo, and headache., were given foot reflexology. Two cases recovered and one case showed remarkable improvement.

Conclusion:

 
  Foot reflexology was found to be effective for the relief of rhinitis and its associated headache.
