Synopsis:

 
  A study was done to develop a reflexology method for treating problems linked to the use of the voice or swallowing such as aphasia, dysphasia, dysphagia, papilloma, and dysarthria. The focus was on the occipital reflexes of feet and occipital area of body. Results: reflexology was found to be effective as a diagnostic tool.

Conclusion:

 
 

Foot reflexology was found to be effective for treating and assessing simultaneously when starting the treatment for the occipital zone.
