Synopsis:

 
  A 31 year old female with urticaria and tinnitus in left ear for 2 years was given daily foot reflexology after unsuccessful treatment with Traditional Chinese medicine. After 20 treatments, she felt better sometimes. After 30 treatments, the ringing decreased; after 45 treatments, the ringing completely disappeared. A 40 year old male with frequent attacks of urticaria for years and unsuccessful treatment with Calcium chloride injections was given 5-10 minutes of foot reflexology three times. Each, the patient recovered, returned to work without further incidence of the disease.

Conclusion:

 
 

Foot reflexology was found to be effective for the relief of urticaria and tinnitus.
