Synopsis:

 
  A 16-year old male with a malignant leg ulcer was given 10 one-hour treatments of foot reflexology focusing on the entire sole of the foot. His left leg had blood extravasation, inflammation, and abscess due to prior traumas. During the 11th and 12th session, the ulcer was completely healed.

Conclusion:

 
  Foot reflexology was found to be effective for the relief of malignant leg ulcer.
