Synopsis:

 
  An objective study was done to help women during puberty and menopause to develop a scientific therapeutic approach based on the concepts of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and psychology. Two hundred women were given foot reflexology over 3 years focusing on the autonomic nervous system and the hormonal balance system reflex areas and the plexus to re-harmonize the changes in hormonal balance.
