Synopsis:

 
  6 patients with Hordeolum, and a red and swollen blephara edge, were given 20 minutes of foot reflexology along with eye drops. After 5-6 sessions, inflammation was controlled with no need for surgery.

Conclusion:

 
 

Foot reflexology massage was found to be effective for the relief of hordeolum with no need for surgery.
