Synopsis:

	10 patients, both male and female, from 58-73yrs old, senile cataracts were given 20 days of foot reflexology. Most patients received 2-3 courses and all showed improvement in eyesight.

Conclusion:

	Foot and hand reflexology may improve body microcirculation, which may improve nutritional supply and waste drainage of the lens. Foot and hand reflexology were shown to be effective for the relief of cataracts.
