  A survey was done on individuals complaining of various conditions. They were all given foot reflexology. Results: 40% musculo-skeletal conditions, 12% gall bladder/digestive conditions, and 11% headache/migraine conditions found relief after the sessions..



Foot reflexology was found to be effective for the relief of common complaints of muscle and skeletal pain, headache, and digestive conditions.
