A study was done describing the standard practices of reflexology members of B.R.A. as well as 2,190 clients presenting symptoms. A questionnaire survey was distributed to 660 full members of B.R.A. The results of the survey disclosed a profile of the reflexologist and their clients. The applied methods and results are also discussed in the project report.

Results indicated that "stress" was reported as responding best to reflexology treatment, presenting itself as a good candidate for further study. Also, 89% of the respondents expressed interested in being involved in future research projects.
