Synopsis:

 
  A study was done to test the pulse, respiration and oxygen saturation of blood randomly on normal people in the Tianjin Chest Hospital. One hour after meals and then ½ hour after rest, they were given foot reflexology stimulated with electrodes from a SC 6000 type Monitor of SIEMENS.

Conclusion:

 
 

Foot reflexology was found to be effective for increasing rates of pulse, respiration, and blood oxygen levels.
