Synopsis:

 
  A control group of 20 medical students, both male and female, all healthy and a treatment group with many different diagnoses were given foot reflexology. Specific symptomatic reflexes were focused on for longer periods and greater intensity for the treatment group. Results: The control group slept better and were more productive. The treated group had less symptoms.

Conclusion:

 
 

Foot reflexology was found to be effective for decreasing the production of free radicals and symptom reductions associated with their various diagnoses.
