Synopsis:

The author treated 50 cases of habitual constipation with foot reflexotherapy based on biorhythm in comparison with a control group of 50 cases treated with only reflexotherapy without taking the biorhythm into account.

Conclusion:

Treatment of both groups was effective. The Reflexotherapy/Biorhythm group had a cured rate of 90% and a marked effective rate of 10% compared to the control group with a cured rate of 60% and a marked effective rate of 26%. There was also a difference in the time needed to heal the illness. The Reflexotherapy/Biorhythm group had a rate of 80% healed in 3-4 days and 14% healed in 5-6 days. The control group had a rate of 24% healed in 3-4 days and 60% in 5-6 days.
