Synopsis:

 
  Elderly patients with cerebral thrombosis and cerebral infarction were given foot reflexology. The initial areas worked on were the adrenal gland, kidney, ureter, urinary bladder reflex areas, then the cerebellum, brainstem, trigeminal nerve, spinal cord, arms, legs, and hip joints reflex areas were done.

Conclusion:

 
 

Foot reflexology was found to be effective for the relief of the symptoms associated with cerebral vascular accident or CVA.
