Synopsis:

 
  Three cases of cerebral thrombosis were given foot reflexology. A 60 yr old man with an infarction of left parietofrontal lobe was given 20 sessions and his blood pressure dropped from 170/100 to 150/100. After 10 more sessions, he recovered and was discharged. A 49 yr old male with history of cerebral vascular thrombosis was given 5 sessions and was able to lift his left hand and flex his fingers. A 64 yr old man with history of strokes was given 16 sessions, His edema disappeared his speech became clearer. After 30 more sessions, he could lift his forearm and move his fingers freely.

Conclusion:

 
 

Foot reflexology was found to be effective for relief of the symptoms associated with cerebral vascular thrombosis.
