Synopsis:

 
  45 cases, both male and female with arteriae vertebralis type of cervical spondylopathy (including symptoms of postural dizziness, headache, nausea, unstable walking, and sweating) from 15 days to 2 years were given a combination of vertebral nerve block therapy (including 5 ml (125 mg) prednisolone acetate and 2% lidocaine 5 ml) and foot reflexology. Results: 34 cases (75.56%) were healed, 9 cases (20%) were relieved, and 2 cases (4.44%) had no chang.

Conclusion:

 
 

Foot reflexology, in conjunction with medication, was found to be effective for the relief of arteriae vertebralis of cervical spondylopathy.
