Synopsis:

Cervical Spondylopathy is treatable by several therapies, but most therapies had a high recurrence rate after symptoms were relieved. 225 cases were diagnosed with cervical spondylopathy and were divided into two groups. 180 cases in Group A were patients in their rehabilitation stage, whose clinical symptoms disappeared after treatment. They were asked to do some precautionary things to avoid a recurrence and to practice self health-care reflexology on some important areas. Group B was made up of 45 cases whose clinical symptoms had disappeared and treatment was stopped. These patients did nothing to consolidate the therapeutic effect and prevent recurrence.

Conclusion:

Group A had a 95% effective rate and Group B had a 62% effective rate.
